文中分析了文献 [5 ]中的分时电价数学模型的不合理方面 ,提出了一个改进的分时电价数学模型 ,该模型中把平值段电价作为一个新增的优化参量考虑 ,从而提出了一种分时电价中平值段电价的确定方法 ,仿真结果表明新模型确定的分时电价能使得电力系统处于更优的运行状态
This paper analyzed the mathematical model of TOU (time-of-use) rate in the paper . And an improved model was proposed, based on the analysis. In the new model, the electricity price of the waist-load time was considered as an optimized parameter. So a method for calculation of the electricity price of the waist-load time was established. The result of a numerical example stated that the new model could make the power system running better.
