As we have entered 21st century,new technology has had a great impact on educational instructions. In this paper,I will demonstrate how new technology influences the educational instructions. Then,I try to construct a new instruction model——"classroom internet"model. I will explain the characteristics of new technology and its impact on education. The final part is summary.
