[目的]优化从槐花米中提取芦丁时碱提取和酸沉淀的最佳pH值,以提高芦丁的提取效率。[方法]在不同pH值的石灰水及盐酸条件下,通过碱提取酸沉淀法从槐花米中提取芦丁。[结果]研究发现碱提取pH 9、酸沉pH 3时,提纯率可达18.1%。[结论]适宜酸碱浓度可提高芦丁产率。
Objective To optimize pH value in extraction of Rutin from bud of Sophora japonica L.. [Methods] With acid-base Rutin was extracted in different pH of Calcium Hydroxide and Hydrochloric Acid. [Results] The yield percentage of Rutin was 18.1% when the pH of base, acid were 9 and 3 respectively. [Conclusion] The yield percentage of Rutin is increased with the optimum pH of acid and base.
