随着旅游业的迅速发展,旅游业占用的土地不断增加,以致加剧了我国用地紧张的局势.在此背景下,借用广安市土地利用总体规划修编之机,分析了广安市旅游用地的数量、空间分布、利用类型、来源、功能结构等特点并结合当前的旅游发展战略对其变化趋势进行了探讨.最后,根据分析结果,就如何提高旅游用地使用效率、加强旅游用地控制管理提出了一些措施和建议.
With the rapid development of tourism in China,the land used for tourism has been increasing,adding to the lack of land.Taking advantage of the revision of the over-all land use planning of Guang'an City,this paper analyses such features of the land used for tourism as quantity,spatial distribution,utilization types,sources,functional structure,etc,and further discusses the change of land use.In the end,based on the analysis,the paper proposes some measures and advice for the promotion of the utilization efficiency,control and management of the land used for tourism.
