[目的 ]探讨隐匿阴茎的病因、诊断及治疗方法 ,以提高对该病的认识和临床治疗效果。 [方法 ]总结 2 8例儿童隐匿阴茎的临床资料。其中 5例合并肥胖症。 [结果 ]术后随访 0 5～ 1 .0a ,手术效果满意。 [结论 ]手术是治疗隐匿阴茎的主要手段。对此类患者忌行单纯包皮环切术
In order to upgrading the level of und erstanding and management of concealed penis.The etiology, diagnosis and treatmen t of this disease were reviewed. ［Methods］ Twenty-eight cases of concealed pen is were su rgical corrected between 1995-2002. Among them, 8 were obese. ［Results］ All th e patients have been followed up 6 months～1 year postoperatively. The cosmetic results were satisfactory. ［Conclusions］ Surgical correction is the man treat ment of concealed penis. It should be emphasized that circumcision is contraindi cated is concealed penis.
