Let R be a ring,M a left R-module,M* = Homz(M, Q/Z), the character module of M.Colby,R.R.and Chetham,T.J.obtained some characterizations of iF rings,coherent rings, Noetherian rings, Artinian rings with "character modules", respectively.In this paper, using the notion of"character"modules,we obtain a number of more significant characterizations of some rings.
