归义军政权是晚唐五代宋初的一个特殊藩镇。它与其他藩镇一样,也设有“营田使”及其管理系统。归义军的营田使也由节度使例兼,并由中原王朝授予,但其主掌的营田既不是“营田务”之营田,也并非边境屯田,而主要是指经营土地,即境内土地的分配、授予、请射、对换等。除了归义军节度使例兼“营田使”之职外,其下各州还有具体管理营田的官员——“都营田”或“营田使”及其具体的主事者——“营田”。
The government of Guiyi Troops was a special town of military governorship in the late Tang dynasty and early Song dynasty. The local government officials served as Guiyi troops' officials engaging in farmland, who were appointed by the Dynasties of Central Plains. In addition, there were specialized officials managing the farmland.
