根据简化Ｎａｖｉｅｒ－Ｓｔｏｋｅｓ方程ＩＦ理论，提出了一个基本假设，在此假设的基础上研究了ＩＦ理论解的存在性和唯一性问题，考察了当简化Ｎ－Ｓ方程逼近Ｎ－Ｓ方程时，论文结论收敛到Ｎ－Ｓ方程的相应结论，这个结论适用于二维不可压ＩＦ流动。
According to the simplified Navier-Stokes equations IF theory,a basis hypothesis is presented in this paper.Existence and uniqueness of the theoretical solution of IF theory is studed on the basis of this hypothesis.The conclusions of this paper can converge to that of N-S equations when IF theory is approching N-S equations.They are applicable to the two dimensional incompressible IF flow.
