就活性染料代用固色碱SL在活性染料浸染染色工艺中的应用性能进行研究,探讨使用固色碱SL与传统固色碱碳酸钠在应用性能和效果上的差别.结果表明,固色碱SL用量在2.5—2.7 g/l时与碳酸钠20 g/l固色作用相当;且固色碱SL具有扩散性能好,加料方便,提高固色率、染色后易清洗等优点,值得推广应用.
In this article,the application of the substitutive alkali SL to dip dyeing with reactive dyes and the differences between SL and Soda in fixation and effects are discussed.The results show that fixaton of 2.5-2.7g/l SL is equal to that of 20g/l Soda,and the applicaton of SL is extended greatly because of its good diffusibility,convenient addixion,high fixation and easy cleaning after dyeing.
