目的探讨18F-FDG符合线路SPECT在肺癌诊断中的临床意义.方法 76例临床上怀疑肺部肿瘤患者术前行18F-FDG符合线路SPECT显像,结果判断为肿瘤和非肿瘤比值(T/N)≥2.5时考虑为恶性,而T/N＜2.5考虑为良性.病理组织结果证实了这76例病例,其中T/N≥2.5为59例,T/N＜2.5为17例,由病理组织结果证实为各种肺癌的55例.结果 18F-FDG符合线路SPECT诊断肺癌的灵敏度92.73%,特异度61.90%,准确性84.21%.结论 18F-FDG符合线路SPECT在肺癌诊断中有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer with 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT. Methods A total of 76 patients with lung tumor underwent 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT before operation, taking T/N≥2.5 as malignant, T/N＜2.5 as benign tumors. Results Tumors of 76 patients were confirmed by pathology, including 59 tumors which T/N≥2.5 and 17 tumors which T/N＜2.5, and 55/76 were malignant tumors, resulting the sensitivity, speciality and accuracy of coincidence SPECT with 18F-FDG examination of lung cancer as 92.73%, 61.90% and 84.21%,respectively. Conclusion 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT has high value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
