Democratic politics and democratic administration give rise to government of responsibility. It refers a government that actively respond to,and attempt to meet the requests of the citisens. The gov ernment is then supposed to bear ethical, political, administrative and legal responsibilities. It also brings about a set of control mechanism over the government.
