目的:分析影响军队人员门诊服务利用的主要因素,推进军队卫生服务建设.方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法对抽取的华东某地区2300名军队人员进行健康询问调查(收回有效问卷2187份,有效率95.09%),利用Logistic回归模型对军队人员门诊服务利用影响因素进行分析.结果:该地区军队人员的两周患病就诊率是56.36%,疾病的严重程度是影响门诊服务利用的最主要因素,年购药自付费用＞1000元、年龄55岁及以上、最愿意就诊的医疗机构选择和对部队医疗机构供药的满意度等因素对两周患病就诊率有较大影响.结论:应加大对基层卫生力量的投入,加强部队基层卫生机构的建设,以便进一步提高门诊服务的利用率.
Objective:To analyze the main influential factors for health services utilization of military personnel as outpatients, promoting the development of military health services. Methods:A health survey was conducted among 2 300 military personnel in a region selected by multistage, stratified, cluster sampling.Totally 2 187 questionnaires were returned,with the valid rate being 95.09%.The factors influencing the utilization of outpatient health service were analysed with Logistic regression. Results:The 2-week clinical visiting of military personnel in the region was 56.36%, which is mainly influenced by the severity of sickness.Factors such as annual expenditure on medicine >1 000 yuan,age above 44,most preferable health organizations and satisfaction degree of medicine supply have also influenced. Conclusion:Construction of basic military health institution should be promoted to upgrade the outpatient health service utilization.
