目的 观察灵五芪口服液对利血平所致小鼠脾虚的影响。方法 采用小鼠游泳法、耐缺氧法及计算胃溃疡的发生率、计算脾指数、胸腺指数。结果 大剂量灵五芪口服液 ( 10 .4g/kg)能明显增强脾虚小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力 (与生理盐水组比P <0 .0 1,与六味地黄丸比P <0 .0 5 ) ;大剂量灵五芪口服液并能明显抑制利血平所致小鼠胃溃疡发生率 (利血平组 80 %、灵五芪组 12 % ) ,增加脾指数、胸腺指数。结论 灵五芪口服液能对抗利血平所致小鼠脾虚作用 ,并且呈现出一定的剂量依赖关系
Objective To observe the influence of Wulingqi oral liquid on deficiency of spleen and gastric ulcer in rats. Methods Using fatigue endurance test (swimming method) and hypoxia tolerance test,fatigue endurance and hypoxia to clearance of spleen deficiency rats were observed,meanwhile the incidence rate of gastric ulcer caused by reserpine was calculated,count ed the spleen index.Results Comparing with the normal saline group (P<0.01)and Liuwei Dihuang pill group(P<0.05),wulingqi oral liquid can obviously inhibit the incidence rate of gastric ulcer, enhance the fatigue endurance and hypoxia to clearance abilities of spleen deficiency rats. Conclusions Wulingqi oral liquid can improve the deficiency of spleen. and inhibit incidence rate of gastric ulcer cansed by reserpine in rats.
