黄芩黄酮类成分具有广泛的抗肿瘤活性,药理研究证实通过调节花生四烯酸系统的代谢,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,抑制新生血管生成等作用途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。通过对黄芩黄酮类成分抗肿瘤作用及其机制的文献总结,为中药活性成分的研究提供一定的理论基础。

The flavonoid compounds in Scutellaria baicalensis possess extensive antitumor activities.Pharmacological investigation concluded that they exerted their antineoplastic effect through adjusting metabolic process of arachidonic acid,inhibiting cell growth and angiogenesis,inducing apoptosis in cell lines,etc.The article reviewed the progress in the research of antitumor activities and mechanisms of flavonoid compounds in S.baicalensis furthermore,this article provides theoretical evidences for studying on active constituents in traditional Chinese medicine.
