The application of knowledge management and modern information technology has promoted the reform of library management mode. This paper points out the status quo of service quality management mode and its necessity of transformation, and discusses the theoretical and practical method of constructing service quality management mode from the idea, system and operation mode. And the paper proposes that only improving the management mode, the service quality could be enhanced, and the sustainable development of library could be promoted.
