目的了解肿瘤晚期患者家属护理需求与情绪状态，实施相应护理干预，改善家属心理状态。方法采用方便抽样的方法，对2007年7月—2008年6月我院肿瘤病区收治的晚期癌症患者家属89例为对象进行调查。在患者入院时即要求患者家属填写护理需求调查表和WHO情绪状态问卷。在患者住院期间，护理人员根据家属需求，提供个性化护理服务。在患者住院期间，患者家属每周接受WHO情绪状态测评，以评价护理效果。结果患者家属护理需求内容不尽相同，主要体现为疾病相关知识、延续性照顾等；患者家属存在抑郁、紧张和愤怒等不良情绪；经过2周护理干预后，家属的心理状态测评结果明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论医院提供的服务对解除家属的心理压力、顺利渡过心理和生活危机期有非常重要的作用。
