城市化过程改变了城市区域的暴雨径流条件 ,使径流总量增大 ,洪峰流量提高 ,洪峰出现时间提前 ,径流水质变差 ,水中悬浮固体及污染物浓度大幅提高。为了减轻城市径流流量提高和水质污染所带来的不良后果 ,需要采取必要的收集、处理和雨水再利用措施 ,这些措施包括就地径流控制措施 (如多孔沥青、草皮砖和绿化等 )和现场外径流措施 (如渗水池、雨水调节池和湿地等)。
