铬对鲤鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响

用0.1,0.5,0.8,1.0和2.0mg/L铬溶液分别刺激鲤鱼21d和44d后,测定鲤鱼非特异性免疫指标,估测不同浓度的铬溶液对鲤鱼非特异性免疫指标的影响。0.1和0.5mg/L铬溶液对鲤鱼NBT阳性细胞、溶菌酶活性无影响,0.8mg/L的铬溶液可使NBT阳细胞数和溶菌酶活性降低,而1.0和2.0mg/L铬溶液可使NBT阳细胞数和溶菌酶活性显著下降(P<0.05)。这一结果表明水体中0.1和0.5mg/L铬对鲤鱼的非特异性免疫功能无影响,0.8mg/L的铬略有影响,而1.0和2.0mg/L的铬则明显降低鲤鱼的非特异性免疫功能。

The main indices of non - specific immunity of Cyprinus carpio Linn were measured after 20 and 40 days of Cyprinus carpio Linn exposed respectively to 0. 1, 0. 5, 0. 8, 1.0 and 2. 0 mg/L Cr6+. The 0. 1 and 0. 5 mg/L Cr6+ didn' t affect the numbers of NBT-positive cells and activity of lysozyme of Cyprinus carpio Linn. The 0. 8 mg/L Cr6+ apparently decreased the numbers of NBT-positive cells and activity of lysozyme of Cyprinus carpio Linn, but 1. 0 and 2. 0 mg/L Cr6+ could markedly reduce the numbers of NBT-positive cells and activity of lysozyme( P <0. 05) . These results indicated that the low concentration of Cr6+ (0. 1 and 0. 5 mg/L) didn't affect the non-specific immunity of Cyprinus carpio Linn, but the high concentration of Cr6+(1.0 and 2. 0 mg/L) will apparently reduce the function of non - specific immunity of Cyprinus carpio Linn.
