输液疗法是目前临床治疗中应用最广泛的给药途径之一，在我院临床药师参与用药治疗的过程中，发现药物输注速度对于药物的疗效起着重要作用，而影响药物输注速度的因素复杂多样，除了主观方面以外，还存在许多客观因素。涉及临床用药的安全性问题，应引起广大临床医生、护士、药师的高度重视。
Transfusion therapy is one of the widest route of administration in clinical. It has been shown that infusion speed has taken a significant role in therapeutic effect, during the course when pharmacists work with doctors in our hospital. Though influential factors of administration speed are multiple, it should be paid more attention to the medication security in clinical.
