以有机脂肪酸和二亚乙基三胺为原料,合成了一种高级脂肪酰胺基烷基咪唑啉化合物,利用静态失重法、动电位扫描极化曲线法研究了其对HCl-H2S盐水体系中碳钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,对于碳钢在HCl-H2S盐水介质中,该化合物是性能优异的缓蚀剂,其缓蚀效率随浓度的增加而增大,受温度的变化影响不大,是一种以阳极控制为主的混合型缓蚀剂.该缓蚀剂在性能上要优于同类型的国外产品.

A kind of Fatty Amido Alkylimidazoline Compound is synthesized by the reaction of a selected fatty acid and diethylenetriamine. Its inhibiting behavior on mild steel corrosion in H 2S and NaCl-containing hydrochloric acid solutions is investigated by means of weight loss and electrochemical methods. The results show that this imidazoline derivant is a good corrosion inhibitor to mild steel in H 2S and NaCl-containing hydrochloric acid medium. The inhibition efficiency increases with the increase in concentration for the imidazoline compound studied but is temperature-independent. The synthesized compound is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor but is mainly controlled by anodic process. The corrosion inhibition properties are superior to the similar kinds of foreign products.
