阐述了火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)快速发展的形势,并就厂级监控信息系统的概念提出了一个较为严格的定义。对厂级监控信息系统的定性将涉及网络设置和安全等级的确定。文中还根据国家经贸委颁发的《电网和电厂计算机监控系统及调度数据网络安全防护规定》的原则,提出了厂级监控和信息系统（包括厂级监控信息系统、管理信息系统（MIS）和发电侧报价辅助决策支持系统(PBS)）的网络总体配置。
The paper introduces the rapid development situation about SIS of plant level in fossil fuel power plants and proposes a comparatively stringent definition about SIS. The definition defines the property of the plant level control information system, involving network configuration and safety level classification. Furthermore, based upon the principles stated in "The Configuration and Safety Class Definition of the Power System and Power Plant Supervisory Control Information System and of the Dispatch Data Work" promulgated by National Economic and Trade Commission, the overall network configurations of SIS, MIS and PBS are provided based on the code of safety protection for the computer supervisory system and dispatch data network of power system and power plants.
