合成了3个含不同取代基的羟基-1,8-萘啶衍生物,并使用质谱、核磁、红外等方法确定其结构.在不同极性的溶剂中测定紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱.结果发现,当化合物含有不同取代基时,溶剂效应会使化合物的荧光光谱发生改变.
Three hydroxyl-1,8naphthyridine derivatives with different substituent have been synthesized.Their structures are determined by IR,1HNMR,MS and the UV-Vis absorption spectra and emission spectra are investigated in different polarity solvents.The change of fluorescence properties reveal that the optical behavior of them are sensitive upon microenvironment.
