设计了一种异形孔窝眼轮式油菜排种器,阐述了它的结构形式及工作原理,选择了合理的窝眼布置方式.通过正交试验分析了型孔布置方式、型孔尺寸和排种轴转速对排种器排种均匀性、合格率、漏播率和重播率的影响.在最优参数组合下进行播种试验,其播种合格率为98.3%,漏播率为0.6%,重播率为1.1%,对油菜种子适应性好.
One kind of seed-metering device with special cells for cole seed was designed.
