目的探讨后颅窝减压加枕颈植骨融合内固定术治疗寰枕畸形的可行性及疗效。方法12例寰枕畸形患者行后颅窝减压加枕颈植骨融合内固定术。结果术后症状明显改善。均获随访,平均18（6-36）个月。按Symon和Lavender标准,治愈4,好转7例,无效1例;总有效率91.7%。结论寰枕畸形的治疗中手术减压和稳定性重建应该并重。
