针对目前包缝机曲轴所存在的振动问题,从平衡的角度出发进行减振研究。利用Pro/Engineer软件技术建立曲轴的三维实体模型。并对模型进行平衡计算与分析;通过曲柄臂的去重设计,对曲轴进行多面平衡校正,以满足包缝机曲轴平衡精度的要求,从而达到减振降噪的目的。

Aiming at the vibration problems existed in the crankshafts of overlock machines,from the balance aspect view to research vibretion problem,an effective balance method of overlock machine's crankshaft is presented in this paper.The Pro/Engineer is adopted to set up a 3-D modular of crankshaft,caleulate and analyze the balance of the modular.The crankshaft in multi-plane balance correction is obtained by crank-arm's ridding unbalance mass design.The result can meet the balance precision of overlock machine's...
