[目的]对葎草风干样水提液中多酚类物质含量和体外抗氧化性进行测定,以期对合理开发利用葎草资源价值,提供科学依据。[方法]采用酒石酸铁法测定葎草中多酚,利用改进的水杨酸法和邻苯三酚自氧化法对葎草各部位的多酚提取液进行抗氧化性测定。[结果]10月份采集的鲜叶中多酚含量最高,达到0.371±0.006 mg/g。提取的多酚抑制超氧阴离子自由基能力最高达到69.750%,清除羟自由基能力最高达65.790%。[结论]葎草地上部各部位多酚提取液都具有一定的抗氧化作用,其中以叶含量最高,茎含量最低。
