根据伺服阀工作特点、设计及调试的需要,以积分分离PID作为控制算法,优选了伺服阀伺服控制系统的控制参数,构建了数字控制器.通过实验对控制效果进行了验证,分析了控制器控制参数对其性能的影响,给出了选择原则.通过试凑法,当取比例系数为5.3、积分时间常数为0.35、微分时间常数为3.0时,阀芯位移的上升时间小于6 ms,得到较好的控制效果.
