拉萨市城关区冲赛康社区坚持以人为本,按照围绕中心、服务大局的要求,通过创新运作,在实践中逐步摸索出了一条以社区党支部为核心、服务人民群众为重点、社区主题实践活动为载体、各驻区单位共同参与的有效途径。文章对该社区建设所取得的经验进行了总结,同时分析了该社区建设中所面临的主要问题,并提出进一步加强冲赛康社区建设的建议。
The Chunsaikang community in Chengguan District,adhering to people-oriented rule,under the demand of serving the general situation by centering on the main theme,through innovative operation,has created an effective constructing way,that is,taking the community Party Branch as the core,serving peo-ple as the key,considering the theme activities as the carrier and the full-participation of all communities.The paper summarizes the past experience of the community and analyzes the current problems,finally comes up with some suggestions for further construction of the community.
