目的：建立采用系数计算通过一个对照品,计算出多个成分的含量的方法，以全面控制药品质量。方法：基于Lambert-Beer定律，用高效液相色谱法测定峰面积，折算出2个成分的计算系数。结果：测得了4组成分的系数，并进行了验证，结果较满意。结论：该方法在一定范围内可行。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of multi-composition in traditional Chinese medicine by module calculation. Method: In view of the law of lambert-beer, the modulue of two compositions was converted on basis of peak area by HPLC. Result: The modulues of four groups were gotten and the effects of validation were well. Conclusion: The method was feasible and could be used within a certain range.
