If exhibition space is no longer a passive COntainer of its exhibits, but rather a context for the appearance and taking place of art, then how can this understanding be unfolded in a contemporary milieu of reading an art museum? In this regard, this essay takes this path to a close reading of the Museum of Contemporary Art at the Central Academy of Fine Arts designed by the Japanese architect Arata Isozaki.
