限流开断装置(CLID)是断路器本质功能向高层次发展的产物,将有触头开关(或触发间隙)与无触头器件(GTO,超导材料、热敏材料等)、储能元件(L,C)及吸能元件(如ZnO,R)等恰当配置而构成的混合式阻抗转换与调节装置是开关设备发展的必然结果。笔者从剖析几种典型的CLID构成原理入手,对这种趋势作了分析,呼吁开关制造业应加大该类设备研制和开发的力度。
The current-limiting interrupting device(CLID)is a higher level outcome of the traditional circuit breaker development.Traditional contact switch(or trigger gap)being appropriately hybridized with contactless device,i.e.GTO,super conducting device and thermal sensitive device will dominate the future development of switchgear.Through explaining several typical CLID principles,this paper analyzes the tendency of hybrid switchgear and suggests that switchgear works should step up the research and development of such device.
