采用石墨炉-火焰原子吸收分光光度法、冷原子吸收光谱法、氢化物原子荧光光度法、对称二苯氨基脲分光光度法对福清局部海域甲壳类、双壳类等共6个品种体内5种重金属(As、Cr、Cd、Pb、Hg)含量进行检测,并根据相应标准对金属含量进行单因子污染评价以及食用安全评估。调查结果显示,重金属在不同海产品中的分布情况有所不同,被调查的干贝、花蛤干、海蛎干产品中Cd含量明显高于人体消费卫生标准。
