目的:确定护士工作满意度的构成因素,研制适合我国国情的护士工作满意度评定量表。方法:采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法等,形成10因子、56条目的初始量表;对135名护士实施预测后,确定了8因子、38项目的护士工作满意度评定量表,再对1185名护士正式施测,并进一步检验量表的信、效度。结果:自行研制的护士工作满意度评定量表,由8因子(管理、工作负荷、与同事关系、工作本身、工资及福利、个人成长及发展、工作被认可、家庭/工作的平衡)、38项目构成,具有良好的信度和效度。结论:可为管理者了解、提高护士工作满意度提供评价工具和干预依据。
