目的 探讨胎儿肢体畸形的产前超声诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析我科2004年1月—2010年12月筛查出的肢体畸形胎儿49胎。结果 本组包括软骨发育不全9胎,成骨发育不全5胎,残肢畸形10胎,足畸形18胎,手畸形6胎,人体鱼序列征1胎。结论 胎儿肢体畸形的超声诊断十分重要,应提高检查胎儿肢体的意识,按照顺序对胎儿肢体进行产前检查。
Objective To discuss the prenatal diagnosis value of fetal limb deformities with ultrasound. Methods Forty-nine fetus with limb deformities examined from Jan 2004 to Dec 2010 in department of ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all fetus, 9 were achondroplasia, 5 were osteogenesis imperfecta, 10 were limb stump deformities, 18 were foot deformities, 6 were hand deformities and 1 was sirenomelia sequence syndrome. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of limb deformities is very important. Fetal limbs should be examined one part after another.
