In the paper, according to the characteristics of the Networked Manufacturing ASP Platform, the system structure model of cooperative project management system based on the Networked Manufacturing ASP Platform is presented. The paper proposes and studies the key techniques which include mechanism of cooperative project management, technique of collaborative project decision-making and the methodologies of project planning and schedule controlling performing on the ASP Platform.
