新霉素的传统生产工艺导致产率低、单耗高、排污量大,造成资源利用率低,环境污染严重.经对发酵过程的分析及考察表明,弗氏链霉菌产生的胞外淀粉水解酶活力极低,不足以完成以淀粉为补料介质的充分水解,引起非可发酵性糖大量积累和残糖浓度的升高.由此确定了新霉素发酵过程优化策略,按此策略进行了新霉素发酵过程清洁生产工艺的研究,并得到如下结论:发酵120h,放罐效价从8000提高到11000U.mL-1以上;残糖浓度从3.0%下降到1.5%以下,淀粉单耗从18.5μg.U-1下降至13.5μg.U-1,同时排放COD量减少近50%,达到了"减污"、"增效"的清洁生产目的.
