对某黏胶纤维生产企业的废水进行分析及综合处理,从而开发出各种废气处理技术,以期以较低的设备投资,较少的原辅材料投入和运行成本,清除废水中的有害物质,使之变成可以重复利用的原料己经提到了黏胶纤维工厂的紧迫日程.通过工艺比较,最后得到最佳方案为从废水中回收芒硝,再用芒硝制备烧碱.国内外已有这个方向的研究,理论上和实验所改进的工艺设施都是可行的,操作简单、运行可靠、自动化程度高,且等于企业大范围治理、生产.实验在芒硝制烧碱过程中的关键是加入了碳酸氢钠,大大提高了烧碱的转化率.
