There are many problems in the legislation of rural land requisition compensation procedure in China.We shall perfect it by the useful experience of other countries and regions.We shall setup the procedure of defining rural land＇s attribute,appraising its value,establishing legal system of the compensation and implementing the compensation in our country＇s related legislation by the due process of law principle.
