采用过硫酸钾消解、钼锑抗分光光度法测定城市污水厂剩余污泥中的总磷,优化了预处理方法、消解方法、过硫酸钾用量、取样质量等试验条件。方法线性良好,污泥样品平行测定的RSD≤1.0%,加标回收率为98.0%～104%。
The total phosphorus in surplus sludge of urban sewage treatment plant was determined by molybdenum antimony spectrophotometry with digestion of saturated potassium persulfate solution.By optimizing pretreatment,digestion,dosage of K2S2O8 and quality of sludge sample,good linearity was obtained.The RSD of parallel sludge samples was≤1.0%.Spiked recoveries were between 98.0% and 104%.
