盐雾腐蚀对铜翅片换热器空气侧压降特性的影响

为了研究盐雾腐蚀对铜翅片换热器空气侧压降特性的影响,对4种不同腐蚀程度的铜翅片换热器进行了实验,比较分析了不同雷诺数下,经过不同盐雾腐蚀程度的换热器和新换热器的压降特性.为了分析翅片亲水性的变化对压降的影响,对铜翅片静态接触角和动态接触角进行测试.结果表明,随着腐蚀时间的增加,铜翅片的静态和动态接触角逐渐增大;换热器空气侧压降逐渐增大,摩擦因子逐渐减小;当风速在0.5~2.0 m/s时,空气侧压降最大增加17.5%~21.6%.

Four kinds of corroded heat exchangers were performed in order to investigate the effects of salt spray corrosion on the air-side pressure drop of copper-fin heat exchangers.The performance on air-side pressure drop of corroded and uncorroded heat exchangers were compared and analyzed under different Reynolds number.In order to analyze the effects of hydrophilicity on air-side pressure drop, the static contact angle and dynamic contact angle of the copper fins were also tested.The experimental results indic...
