综合运用图像边缘检测、形态学运算、傅立叶变换、最优阈值分割等多种方法,提出一种适用于车轮轮辋探伤系统的裂纹检测方法。该方法能有效抑制背景光照不均和去除背景刀纹,同时较好地检测到裂纹特征。实验表明该方法具有运算速度快,漏判误判率低的特点。
In this paper,based on image processing algorithms,such as Canny edge detection,morphological operation, Fourier transform,optimal threshold segmentation,ere,we propose a detection method applied in wheel crack detection system.The method works well for removing background asymmetric illumination and blade lines,and gets satisfying results of crack detection.The experiments indicate that the proposed method is computationally efficient,and has low defect missing rate and false alarm rate.
