HBV血清标志物与Pre-S1抗原及HBV DNA联合检测研究

目的 探讨各种不同乙型肝炎病毒感染模式与血清HBV Pre-S1抗原(Pre-S1)及HBV DNA载量之间的相互关系,为临床乙型肝炎的诊断和治疗提供参考依据. 方法 对1037例临床血清标本同时检测乙肝标志物、Pre-S1及HBV DNA载量. 结果 HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性模式组("大三阳")的Pre-S1阳性率显著高于其余各血清模式组(P<0.05);"大三阳"模式组的HBV DNA阳性率高于其余各血清模式组(P<0.05)."大三阳"组的HBV DNA载量显著高于"小三阳"组(P<0.05);"小三阳"模式组与HBsAg、HBcAb阳性模式组相比,HBV DNA水平无显著性差异(P>0.05). 结论 HBV DNA定量检测在预防HBV的感染方面具有重要意义;HBV血清标志物、Pre-S1和HBV DNA载量三者联合检测有利于全面监测乙肝病情和提高乙肝疗效.

AbstractObjectiveTo investigate the correlation among HBV infection models, HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA loads in serum and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B. MethodsHepatitis B markers, HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA loads in serum samples were detected simultaneously for 1037 cases. ResultsThe positive rate of HBV Pre-S1 antigen was higher in HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive model than that in other models (P<0.05). Besides, the positive rate of HBV DNA was higher in HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive model than that in other models (P<0.05). Furthermore, the HBV load was higher in HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive model than that in HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb positive model (P<0.05). The results of HBV load showed no significant differences between HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb positive model and HBsAg, HBcAb positive model (P>0.05). ConclusionThe quantitative detection of HBV DNA is important for the prevention of HBV infection. The combination assay of serum HBV markers, Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA load was beneficial to the monitoring of disease condition of hepatitis B and to the improvement of therapeutic effect.
