目的观察远红外伤痛贴治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效和安全性,探讨其护理特点。方法将137例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用口服药物治疗及饮食控制,观察组在口服药物治疗及饮食控制的基础上加用远红外伤痛贴外敷,两组均采用针对性的护理措施。结果观察组总有效率为88.41%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论远红外伤痛贴外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有明显的疗效。
Objective To explore the nursing method and observe the clinical efficacy and security of far-infrared Shangtong plaster in treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods 137 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated by oral medicine and alimentary control.Observation group was treated by oral medicine and alimentary control with the addition of far-infrared Shangtong plaster.Two groups were administered with distinctive nursing measures.Results Total effective rate of observation group is 88.41%.Total effective rate of control group is 75%.There was marked difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Far-infrared Shangtong plaster obtains good effect in treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
