针对野生甘草如何合理采挖问题, 选取采挖甘草后的甘草群落为研究对象, 进行不同封育年限的甘草群落结构及甘草产量、质量的比较研究, 结果表明:1)甘草群落随着封育年限的增加物种丰富度增加, 物种多样性减少, 甘草的重要值下降;2)随着封育年限的增加甘草群落主要物种空间分布格局发生变化, 逐渐由随机分布或均匀分布转向聚集分布;3)甘草产量在封育前期增加较快, 随后甘草产量变化不大。4)甘草质量在封育3 年时最高, 随后下降。5)从甘草产量和质量方面考虑, 野生甘草的采挖应该在采挖3 年后进行。
