OPC技术是实现控制系统现场设备级与过程管理级进行信息交互的关键技术,是实现不同现场总线协议之间互操作的重要手段.介绍了OPC技术的产生及主要特点,提出了一种基于OPC的PROFIBUS现场总线釜式反应器温度控制系统,介绍了OPC客户程序的开发方法,并讨论了OPC技术应用于工业控制领域所产生的效益以及其发展前景.


The OPC is a key technology to realize the communication exchanging between the field device and process management,and it is also a important instrument.The generation and main technology characteristic were introduced briefly.A PROFIBUS kettle reactor control system based on OPC technology was offered and the development method of OPC client programmers was described.At last,the benefit from application in industry control with OPC technology and its development future were discussed.
