研究了不同高性能纤维织物的结构形式与力学性能的关系,几种纤维织物中,聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)纤维制备的增强织物具有较高的拉伸性能。利用高性能纤维织物制备了蒙皮材料,对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明:蒙皮材料拉伸断裂强力主要取决于采用的纤维种类和增强织物结构,而蒙皮材料的撕破强力除了与使用的纤维有关,还与纤维纱线细度有关,纤维纱线细度越大,制备的蒙皮材料撕破强力越高。
