目的 研究2450MHz频率下复介电常数测量系统的可靠性。方法 分别测量低损耗介质和高损耗介质的复介电常数,对比测量值和标称值的差异,检验测量结果的可靠性和可重复性。结果 对低损耗和高损耗介质的测量精度都较高,测量误差较小。结论 此测量系统能准确地测量2450MHz频率下介质的复介电常数。

AIM To study the reliability of complex permittivity measurement system at 2450 MHz. METHODS The complex permittivity of low loss and high loss dielectric materials were measured separately, and compared with nominal value, to check up the reliability and repeatability of the measuring results. RESULTS The measuring accuracy of low loss and high loss dielectric materials was high, and measuring errors were low. CONCLUSION This measurement system will be able to measure complex permittivity of dielectric materials at 2450 MHz accurately.
