This article analyzed the problems in performing grade nursing service,which including:inconsistency between the marking standards of nursing grades and its suitable areas,lack of objectivity in marking nursing grades,improper nursing standards which lack of feasibility,disproportion between nursing charge and the worth of nursing service,failed in carrying out nursing measures adequately.The author proposed some suggestions to improve the quality of nursing.
