基于AMESim的航空发动机防喘调节器性能仿真研究

某型航空发动机在试车过程中多次出现防喘过程发生爆燃、富油等异常现象。为解决这一问题,本文利用AMESim软件对航空发动机防喘切油过程进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明:应用AMESim语言能较好的解决液压系统动态仿真问题,发动机防喘切油过程异常的主要原因是切油过程油压变化过于剧烈导致发动机燃烧室燃烧不稳定,适当修正防喘调节器主、副油路节流嘴直径可以使这一现象得到改善。 

Abnormal phenomena of detonation and fuel-rich were observed when the anti-surging regulator was employed to reduce the fuel during the grand test of an aero-engine.In order to solve this problem,a dynamic simulation of the anti-surging process was conducted using the AMESim software.The simulation has showed that the AMESim software can deal with such hydro-mechanic dynamic process.The dramatic change of the fuel pressure,which results in unstable burning,causes these abnormals,but tyey can be alleviated if the diameters of the main throttle and the auxiliary throttle are properly changed.
