红麻根结线虫在病田中的分布与消长动态

 研究结果,红麻根结线虫二龄侵染幼虫主要分布在0-40cm土层内;砂壤土中的线虫量比黄壤土中的大,分布亦较深,前者可在80cm以下,而后者只在60cm以上土层。在冬闲季,卵和侵染幼虫主要群集在病残上;根际土中的越冬幼虫比根际外土中的多2倍以上。侵染幼虫量的波动在红麻生长季节有4个高峰,收获后还出现一个高峰。用免疫或高抗作物换茬轮作一年,病原线虫群体密度即大幅度下降。文中对该病防治理论基础作了讨论。

It was stated that infective larvae of root knot nematodes of kenaf distributed principally in 0-40 cm of soil layer.The number in the sandy loam was larger than that in the yellow loam and it is also true for the distribution depth.During the winter season,eggs and infective larvae cou-centrated mainly in the residue,and the number of over-wintering larvae in the inner rhizospherical soil was twice as in the outer rhizospherical soil.Four fluctuation peaks of larval number occured in the period of kenaf growth,and another appeared after harvesting.Through rotations of immuneor high-resistant crops with kenaf for one year,the populations of patho-genic nematodes was able to be reduced greatly.Control of the disease was discussed.
